Terms of Service & Copyright Policy

Please read these terms carefully before buying or reading a Veloria handbook.

1. Copyright & ownership

All Veloria handbooks — including text, cover art, layout, scripts, exercises, and any bonus materials — are the exclusive intellectual property of Veloria and its authors. All rights are reserved worldwide under international copyright law.

2. Personal, non-transferable license

Your purchase grants you a single, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the handbook on devices you own. It does not transfer ownership of the book itself. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lend, or gift your copy.

3. Anti-piracy policy (strictly enforced)

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute copyright infringement:

  • Uploading the PDF to any public, private, or file-sharing site.
  • Sharing your copy via cloud drives, messaging apps, or email.
  • Reselling, republishing, or repackaging any part of the content.
  • Removing or altering copyright notices, watermarks, or author credits.
  • Translating, adapting, or creating derivative works without written permission.
  • Using the material to train AI models or generate derivative content.

Each PDF is uniquely watermarked with the buyer's information. Confirmed violations may result in immediate license termination, forensic tracing, DMCA takedowns, and legal action for damages under applicable copyright statutes — including statutory damages of up to USD 150,000 per infringed work in relevant jurisdictions.

4. Refunds

Because our books are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are considered final once the download link is delivered. If you experience a technical issue receiving your file, contact support within 7 days and we will make it right.

5. Disclaimer

6. Report piracy
